Signing-in and Joining Instructions

Existing Member signing-in for the first time

If you are an existing member signing in for the first time and experiencing problems please follow the steps as outlined below:

  1. Sign in here
  2. Enter your Customer Number as shown on the correspondence you have recently received from Miele for Life.
  3. Enter your Surname as shown on the same correspondence. Please note if our information is incorrect you can update this once you enter the website.
  4. Click on the Sign In button. This will take you to your profile page where you can update your membership profile.
  5. Once your profile is updated, please click on the save button at the bottom of the page.
  6. Then visit the home page to navigate the site.

 

Existing Member signing in again

New Member joining Miele for Life

If you are a Miele customer and have received an invitation to join Miele for Life please follow the steps as outlined below:

  1. Join here
  2. Enter your Customer Number as shown on the correspondence you have recently received from Miele for Life.
  3. Enter your Surname as shown on the same correspondence. Please note if our information is incorrect you can update this once you enter the website.
  4. Click on the Sign In button. This will take you to your profile page where you can update your membership profile.
  5. Once your profile is updated, please click on the save button at the bottom of the page.
  6. Then visit the home page to navigate the site.

 

Vacuum Owner wanting to join Miele for Life

If you have recently purchased a Miele vacuum cleaner and wish to join Miele for Life please follow the steps as outlined below:

  1. Join here
  2. Enter your Invite Code as shown on the invitation card included in your Vacuum box.
  3. Enter the email you wish to receive correspondence on. This will also become your Username.
  4. Enter a password.
  5. Click on the Sign In button. This will take you to your profile page where you can create your membership profile.
  6. Once completed please click on the save button at the bottom of the page.
  7. Then visit the home page to navigate the site.
